Job Title: Part-Time Casual Server (Front of House)
Location: Flanagan’s Steakhouse – Saskatoon, SK

About Us
Flanagan’s Steakhouse is a classic Saskatoon dining destination known for its intimate, old-world atmosphere and exceptional steakhouse experience. We take pride in traditional tableside service, quality ingredients, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Position Overview
Flanagan’s Steakhouse is currently seeking part-time/casual serving staff to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and comfortable providing classic tableside service. Experience with traditional steakhouse presentation is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, professional table service to guests
  • Perform or assist with tableside preparations including:
  • Caesar salads
  • Steak Diane
  • Flambé desserts
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of wines and assist guests with pairing recommendations
  • Maintain a welcoming, polished, and professional dining atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience required (steakhouse or fine dining preferred)
  • Experience with tableside service is an asset, but training can be provided
  • Knowledge of wine and food pairings is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
