Experienced Hardscape & Stonework Crew Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Stonework professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with others, and is capable of leading a crew when needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a hardscape crew.
  • Installing interlocking pavers and brick paving.
  • Site preparation, including grading and screeding.
  • Measuring, marking, and cutting pavers and stone.
  • Installing large-format porcelain/concrete pavers and tile.
  • Concrete installation and finishing.
  • Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hardscape and stone installation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
