Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Sort and price Inventory based on store standards.
• Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to increase sales
• Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during shifts
• Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone when needed
• Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment, and product placement
• Assist with basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
• Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base
• Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in product displays and inventory management
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under pressure
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers in product demos
• Prior experience in upselling and sales techniques is advantageous
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
