We are looking for a professional, energetic and organized flower shop assistant!

15-35 hours per week available.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing daily deliveries (phone orders, packing, communication with delivery drivers)
• Assist in daily operations and all customer service aspects
• Front of house organization
• Water and maintain indoor plants
• Maintain open communication with employer and colleagues
• Able to work well under pressure during rushes and able to multitask
• Able to work in a small team
• Process daily/weekly inventory (lifting, carrying)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Flexibility with scheduling, particularly during busy holidays (Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas)

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
• Computer skills is an asset. POS and social media platform experience is a bonus
• Exudes professionalism and positivity
• Strong, independent and confident learner/worker

*Amount of experience reflects hourly wage
