WHAT YOU'LL DO

Because we hand you a full calendar, your role stays focused:

• Learn the Infinite Banking strategy inside and out, then guide clients through it — educating, advising, and closing with integrity.
• Follow up fast and keep HubSpot airtight, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Show up to team meetings prepared to own your numbers.
• Partner with your Client Relationship Manager for a seamless client experience.
• Own the client relationship long after the close. Lead annual review meetings to keep each client's strategy on track as their life and business evolve.

We're not expecting you to cold call or prospect — we give you the leads and fill your calendar.

Let's be direct about the seat: this is a closer's role. We hand you a calendar full of qualified prospects — you run the meeting and close. Do it with integrity, and those closes become clients for decades, with you leading their annual reviews.

This is high-trust, consultative closing — and you'll have a seat at the table from Day 1.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• No licence? No problem. Once hired, you'll earn your LLQP certification — we cover the cost and support you through it.
• Proven track record hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in a closing role — SaaS, B2B, auto, solar, real estate, or any high-performance sales seat. No finance or insurance background needed.
• Fanatical about follow-up and documentation — you sweat the details
• Fanatical about follow-up, documentation, and compliance
• Coachable — you take feedback and get better, fast
• A closer who leads with integrity, not pressure
