Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

Skills

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with knowledge of the food industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or food service is highly valued.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Barista experience is a plus for establishments serving coffee or specialty beverages.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
