Data Annotation & Labeling
- Create high-quality datasets that support AI model training.
- Label, categorize, and annotate structured and unstructured data.
- Follow annotation guidelines and quality standards.
- Review datasets for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain consistency across annotation projects.
- Support the integrity and effectiveness of training data.
- Perform quality checks and validation activities.
- Identify annotation errors and inconsistencies.
- Escalate data quality concerns when necessary.
- Participate in calibration and review exercises.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining AI training datasets.
- Organize and manage data annotation workflows.
- Track progress against project timelines.
- Support dataset updates and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper version control and documentation.
- Work effectively with technical and operational teams.
- Collaborate with AI trainers and data scientists.
- Provide feedback on annotation processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in team discussions and training sessions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of annotation practices.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Linguistics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working with data entry, content review, annotation, or quality assurance activities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Previous AI data annotation experience.
- Experience working with annotation platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of NLP or Generative AI concepts.
- Exposure to quality assurance processes.
- Experience reviewing multilingual content.
- Familiarity with data governance requirements.
- Experience in BPO, technology, or digital environments.
- Understanding of prompt evaluation methodologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
