JOB SUMMARY
Great opportunity with growth potential! The TEAM Companies offers broadcast clearance and traffic services to ad agencies and advertisers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and possess high attention to detail. Additionally, an ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a pro-active approach to tackling responsibilities and working with colleagues. Discretion in handling company and client confidential information is required, along with professional ethics, appearance, and conduct.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Traffic broadcast spots and instructions to the appropriate networks/stations/channels
  • Interpret media plans into concise traffic instructions across different media
  • Order dubs accordingly
  • Manage estimating time and hard costs for clients, vendor invoicing and approve client billing for traffic and clearance
  • Manage clearance process for clients from script/storyboard phase through final edit
  • Assign commercial coding (ISCI and/or Ad-ID)
  • Maintain strong working relationships with network clearance editors
  • Help cover colleagues by addressing immediate client needs in their absence
  • Be available to clients for questions, concerns, follow-ups, etc.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends
  • Troubleshoot new challenges with teammates in order to share experiences and create the best solutions for our clients
  • Electronically keep all files/records up to date

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to professionally interact with office colleagues and other company personnel, as well as supervisors and executives in an office setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum typing/keyboarding of 30 words per minute.
  • Quick learner.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Minimum Educational requirement: High School Diploma, 2-3 years’ experience in related field
  • College business courses or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Additional experience in ad agency production, traffic and/or business affairs preferred.
