The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hungry, confident, high-output Business Development Representative to join our sales team.
This role is pure outbound. Prospecting, cold calls, booking demos, and building pipeline. You’ll work directly with leadership and play a major role in driving company growth.
If you love the chase, move fast, and want a real path into tech and AI sales, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting to businesses across North America
- Run high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach daily
- Qualify prospects and book demos (and occasionally help present solutions)
- Hit weekly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline created
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently booking qualified demos every week
- Building a strong, predictable outbound pipeline
- Becoming a trusted voice to prospects
- Directly contributing to revenue growth
- Growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role if that’s your goal
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
- 1–3+ years of B2B outbound sales / SDR / BDR experience
- Confident on the phone, you don’t hesitate to cold call
- Strong communicator: clear, persuasive, professional
- Coachable, competitive, and driven by results
- Comfortable working in a CRM
Nice-to-haves
- Tech / SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling operational or automation solutions
- Experience selling to service businesses or multi-location companies
- Bilingual (FR/EN) is a strong asset
