Full job description
The project manager is in charge of the organization and coordination of their project activities. They work in close collaboration with the representatives, with the objective to collect the information required to open and develop the file.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure an efficient communication, as well the collaboration between the persons involved in the project.
- They must also exercise control over the scope, deadlines and budgets for the projects worked on. Coordinate the internal resources and third parties / suppliers to ensure the perfect execution of signage projects.
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated deadline, within the scope of work and budget.
- Ensure the availability of resources and their distribution.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and follow up on progress.
- Use the tools already in place, manage the changes affecting the project, in terms of scope, deadlines and costs.
- Report and, if necessary, escalate any difficulties to their superior. – Successfully manage client relations as well as all the parties involved.
- Manage risk with the objective to minimize the risks related to the project.
- Establish and maintain good relations with third parties / suppliers.
- Create and maintain a complete documentation file related to the project.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Office Suite software. Bilingual (English and French)
- Reading and understanding of plans.
- Initiative, autonomy and professionalism.
- Be motivated and dynamic.
- Be organized and be able to prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.
- Be flexible and adaptable (growing company).
- Be able to manage several projects at the same time (simultaneously)
- Languages required: Spoken: French and English
- Bilingualism English/French, verbal and written comprehension.
- College diploma.
