Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives within our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional leadership, robust risk management, and strong analytical skills, along with a passion for driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with our diverse team members, partners, and clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable project plans, optimizing resources, and supporting company growth through strategic, proactive execution.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

· Own end-to-end delivery of multi-project programs tied to the strategic roadmap.

· Translate company objectives into actionable program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.

· Partner with Product, Data and Engineering leadership to align program scope, sequencing, and technical feasibility.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· Coordinate work across multiple teams, managers, and external partners to ensure synchronized delivery.

· Create predictable execution across complex data migrations, enterprise integrations, and SaaS deployments.

Stakeholder & Executive Alignment

· Serve as the central point of communication for internal executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and key clients.

· Provide transparent, data-driven updates (progress, blockers, risks) to leadership and external partners.

· Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical realities.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance

· Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks (data quality, migration complexity, technical debt, resourcing, integration dependencies).

· Ensure quality standards are upheld across all components of the program, including configuration, data migration, feature delivery, and documentation.

· Enforce adherence to best practices around data integrity, cloud reliability, and enterprise compliance.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

· Use metrics (cycle time, throughput, defect trends, delivery predictability) to optimize program performance.

· Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, engineering practices, and cross-team collaboration.

· Contribute to the company's broader delivery methodology, especially where data onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

Experience

· 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-team, cross-functional SaaS programs.

· Proven experience with data-heavy onboarding.

· Experience overseeing multiple simultaneous projects and teams in a cloud/SaaS environment.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, data governance, integration patterns).

Competencies

· Exceptional program planning, orchestration, and execution skills.

· Highly skilled in conflict resolution, influence without authority, and cross-functional leadership.

· Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex stakeholder landscapes.

· Data-driven mindset; able to interpret metrics and drive decisions through evidence.

Certifications

· PMP, PgMP, Agile program-level certifications preferred.

· Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Agile knowledge beneficial but not required.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
