Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively to meet customer needs.

Duties

  • Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food preparation and kitchen maintenance is a plus.
