Job Overview
AgriHub Inc. holds ownership of Western Canada’s premier agricultural equipment and supply companies such as Penner Farm Services, Western Ag Systems, United Agri Systems and Dundas Agri Systems. Specializing in the Dairy, Hog, Grain, Poultry and Manure Management sectors, we provide our farming partners with custom tailored Design-Build, Service and Supply solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst - ERP to join our AgriHub IT team. This position is located out of our Blumenort head office.

Reporting to the Manager of IT & Business Analytics, the Systems Analyst – ERP Sytems is responsible for maintaining Agrihub’s current ERP System - Dynamics GP and Salespad and related third party applications, working with end users to resolve issues, implementing new modules, and training users on use of the system. This role will be instrumental in executing the migration of Agrihub to a new ERP system once selected.

What you'll do:

  • Acts as first point of contact for day-to-day issues with Dynamics GP/Salespad
  • Resolves end user issues in a timely manner
  • Communicates with software partners on larger ERP issues working to find resolutions
  • Sets up new users with the required security
  • Trains new users on how to use our ERP and related 3rd party products
  • Assists in implementing new processes, ERP modules and other 3rd party products
  • Assists with product upgrades and testing
  • Recommends process improvements based on end user feedback
  • Recommends software to solve business problems and/or gain efficiency

What you'll need:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP core modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory would be considered and asset
  • Excellent understanding of GP Security would be considered an asset
  • Experience with ERP business flows and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Solid understanding of underlying database structure of Microsoft Dynamics GP would be considered an asset
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries and managing SQL databases.
  • Working knowledge of Salespad is considered an asset but willing to train the right candidate
  • Understanding of other 3rd party products such as Binary Stream, Wennsoft/Key2Act, Mekorma and others is considered an asset
