Solution Delivery and Integration Lead
Solution Delivery and Integration Lead
Job details
Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery and Integration Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated technology solutions across multiple teams, systems, and business functions.
This role ensures that technical components, cross-team dependencies, and operational requirements are effectively coordinated to deliver complete, production-ready solutions. Working within an Agile and SAFe environment, the successful candidate will provide solution-level delivery leadership without directly managing individual delivery teams.
Work Location: Toronto or Montreal, hybrid model requiring 2 to 3 days per week at the client office.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution delivery from requirements and design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex technical, functional, and cross-team dependencies.
- Coordinate delivery sequencing, milestones, critical paths, and integration activities across multiple teams and systems.
- Oversee technical integration to ensure all solution components function together as a complete, business-ready solution.
- Proactively manage delivery risks, integration blockers, and escalations.
- Coordinate release planning, operational readiness, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Align Solution Architects, Product Owners, development teams, infrastructure, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Provide clear delivery status, risk assessments, and executive-level reporting.
1. Proven End-to-End Delivery Ownership
Demonstrated accountability for delivering complete, integrated technology solutions from design through production readiness, beyond managing individual projects or features.
2. Complex Cross-Team Dependency Management
Proven ability to identify, coordinate, and resolve critical technical and operational dependencies across multiple teams, systems, and workstreams.
3. Strong Technical Integration Knowledge
Solid understanding of enterprise architectures, system integration, technical interdependencies, and the challenges of bringing multiple technology components together into a functioning solution.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1. Experience and Background
- 10+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, systems integration, solution architecture, or technical program delivery.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple technical and business teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions involving interconnected applications, platforms, and systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and scaled Agile delivery environments.
2. Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to understand technical architecture, integration points, system interdependencies, and their impact on overall solution delivery.
- Experience identifying and resolving technical integration risks, critical-path dependencies, and delivery blockers.
- Familiarity with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project.
3. End-to-End Solution Delivery and Integration
- Proven ownership of complete solution delivery across the full lifecycle, from initial requirements through production deployment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies across multiple development, integration, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Experience coordinating integrated delivery plans, solution testing, release readiness, deployment, and operational transition.
- Ability to ensure independently delivered components integrate successfully into a complete, functional solution.
4. Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working closely with Solution Architects, technical leads, Product Owners, Program Managers, and senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to drive decisions, resolve escalations, and maintain alignment across competing priorities.
Assets
- Experience in telecommunications, media, broadcasting, or other complex enterprise environments.
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or AWS.
