Interviewer, Market Research - Work From Home

The Logit Group Inc — Remote

For over 20 years, The Logit Group has been a leader amongst data collection firms, and our ongoing commitment has been to develop and administer industry-best technologies as the basis of our research execution. We have an immediate need for Remote Interviewers to support our growing presence in the market research industry. We offer flexible hours, a variety of shifts, training, resources and on-going support.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct market research through standardized phone interviews with the public
  • Gather and collect market insights
  • Enter consumer and business professionals' responses accurately into our survey software
  • No Sales/Telemarketing Involved

Hours of Work/Shifts:

  • Evening shifts from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Flexible until 12:00AM)
  • Saturday shifts from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday shifts 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Evening and weekends are flexible.

Must be able to work one of the following schedules:

  • Minimum of 3 days (including 1 weekend day) or
  • All 5 weekdays or
  • Both Saturday and Sunday

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Basic computer skills

What you need to get started in the role:

  • A computer with Windows 10
  • Wired internet connection with at least 50MBPS download
  • Corded USB headset
  • A quiet place to conduct phone interviews
