Nous recherchons actuellement un coordinateur(trice) logistique à temps plein afin de rejoindre notre équipe grandissante. Le coordinateur(trice) logistique sera responsable de la supervision et de la gestion des processus logistiques du terminal de Montréal aussi que d’autres terminaux à distances afin de garantir des opérations efficaces. Ce rôle implique une communication étroite avec les employés de la logistique, des opérations et du transport. Les candidats retenus incarneront les valeurs fondamentales de Ray-Mont: la qualité, la flexibilité, l’innovation, l’attitude, l’engagement et la performance.
Votre horaire de travail
- Du lundi au vendredi, entre 7 h 00 et 19 h 00 (des heures supplémentaires peuvent être requises)

Vos responsabilités au quotidien
- Examiner et gérer les commandes terrestres en coordonnant leur libération afin d’optimiser le flux de travail du terminal.
- Élaborer la planification opérationnelle et collaborer avec des tiers afin d’assurer la disponibilité et la livraison des unités. Transmettre les informations pertinentes aux opérations.
- Superviser et assurer le suivi de la gestion des inventaires afin d’éviter les ruptures et les surplus. Mettre en place des systèmes de contrôle des stocks.
- Organiser et optimiser les opérations de transport afin de minimiser les coûts et de respecter les délais de livraison.
- Assurer la coordination, la prise de rendez-vous et le suivi direct auprès des transporteurs.
- Gérer la facturation du terminal pour les parties externes, y compris le traitement des demandes de M&R (maintenance et réparation des conteneurs), les soumissions et la facturation, en veillant à leur traitement rapide et exact.
- Traiter les documents liés au contrôle du fret, notamment la documentation douanière (A8A).
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les systèmes de gestion logistique afin d’assurer l’exactitude des données et de soutenir la prise de décisions opérationnelles.
- Identifier les étiquettes requises à partir des communications des clients et créer les modèles nécessaires. Découper, trier et organiser les étiquettes imprimées selon les besoins de production.
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des échantillons de produits destinés à l’exportation.
- Élaborer des plans stratégiques visant à améliorer l’efficacité et la rentabilité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Le travail s’effectue exclusivement sur site (aucun télétravail).
Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat en logistique, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Excellente attention aux détails et solides aptitudes analytiques.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion logistique et des outils d’analyse de données.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ainsi qu’en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite dans les deux langues.

We are currently looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics processes at the Montreal terminal as well as other remote terminals to ensure efficient operations. This role involves close communication with logistics, operations, and transportation staff. Your Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (additional hours may be required)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and manage ground orders, coordinating their release to optimize terminal workflow.
- Develop operational planning and collaborate with third parties to ensure unit availability/delivery. Relay relevant information to operations.
- Supervise and monitor inventory management to avoid shortages and surpluses. Implement stock control systems.
- Organize and optimize transportation operations to minimize costs and meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordination/appointment setting. Direct follow-up with truckers.
- Manage terminal billing for external parties, including handling M&R (maintenance and repair of containers) requests, quotes, and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle documents related to freight control customs documentation (A8A).
- Update and maintain logistics management systems to ensure accurate data and assist in operational decision-making.
- Identify required tags from customer communications and create templates. Cut, sort, and organize printed tags for required production service.
- Prepare and follow up on product sampling for export.
- Develop strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and profitability.
- Work will be exclusively on-site (no remote work).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with logistics management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
