· Ability to investigate and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, equipment failures, and service disruptions.
· Vendor management and fleet maintenance experience are considered assets.
· Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
· Must be available to act as the primary on-call contact for the Hornepayne operation, responding to operational issues and emergencies outside of regular business hours.
