Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking to hire full-time or part-time, experienced Industrial Millwrights that have a safety first attitude and is team oriented. This position requires schedule flexibility including nights and weekends. Earn competitive wages plus shift premiums and benefits!

Job Duties

• Install, align, take apart and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces, and generators according to layout plans using basic rigging techniques along with various equipment and tools
• Adjust machinery, repair, fabricate or replace defective parts
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions; report and trouble shoot deviations and tolerance of non-conformities
• Use manufacturing software to initiate and plan assigned work orders. Use of computerized system to track work orders and maintain preventative maintenance history
• Work with various teams (your customers) to analyze and identify causes of equipment breakdowns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while abiding by occupational health and safety regulations
• Read/interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and charts

Skills, Experience and Education Required:

• Valid trade certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and ability to follow Health and Safety regulations, policies, and procedures with a proactive attitude towards health and safety
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Advanced trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
• PLC experience / knowledge considered an asset
• Positive attitude with strong team work skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and OEM's

Full and Part Time Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts (Days: 7am-7pm and Nights: 7pm-7am)
• Shift Schedule: 84 hours per pay period
• +Week 1: MON – TUES – off – off – FRI – SAT – SUN
• +Week 2: off – off – WED – THURS – off – off – off
• 3-day weekend every other weekend
• 185 days off a year PLUS vacation
• Ample overtime opportunities
• Part time schedule determined based on candidates availability
