Studio Manager – Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Chilliwack

NOT YOUR TYPICAL YOGA STUDIO!

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is the fastest-growing Yoga and Fitness brand in Canada! Born on Canada’s West Coast in 2011, we have expanded to over 100+ locations across Canada and the U.S. Modern, Revolutionary, and Boutique—we offer a variety of unique, infrared-heated classes for all fitness levels. At Oxygen, we challenge our members to make lifestyle changes to better their health, wellness, and personal growth. We help our community achieve overall balance, and our "I Love My Life" brand affirmation honors the commitment our members take for themselves.

We are looking for a dedicated Studio Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and foster a welcoming community at our Chilliwack studio.

The Role

As the Studio Manager, you are the heartbeat of our studio operations. You will balance a passion for sales with a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring that from the moment our members walk through the door, they feel the energy and welcoming spirit of the Oxygen Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth: Oversee all membership sales, renewals, and lead generation. You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, managing marketing tactics (including local business relationships and social media strategy), and driving new student acquisition.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily studio operations, including reviewing class schedules, updating client contact logs, reviewing waiver compliance in Mindbody, and ensuring all customer alerts are managed.
  • Team Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the Owner and the instructor team. You will ensure that studio standards for cleanliness and atmosphere are maintained, and that instructors are supported and aligned with OYF’s quality standards.
  • Reporting: Regularly review and diagnose studio performance reports (including first-visit reports and sales conversion metrics) to identify areas for growth.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Wellness: Deep alignment with the Oxygen Yoga & Fitness brand and our "I Love My Life" culture.
  • Sales & Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, membership-based business models, and team management.
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong time management skills, comfort with CRM/booking software (such as Mindbody), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional rapport-building skills and a confident, professional approach to sales and service.
  • Professionalism: A strong work ethic, high energy, and the ability to demonstrate initiative in a boutique studio environment.

How to Apply

If you are ready to lead a community of inspiring individuals and help our members achieve their personal best, we want to hear from you. Please send your resume and a short cover letter expressing your passion for the OYF brand to: chilliwackyoga@gmail.com

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
