Full job description

We’re looking for an organized, visionary, and people-focused Program Coordinator to oversee and grow our programs for children, teens, and young adults with special needs — including afterschool programs, camps, events, and special projects.
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day programming, launch new initiatives, conduct family interviews and intakes, track participant progress, and build collaborative partnerships with other organizations. You’ll also coordinate schedules, support staff, and help create a warm, inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about serving individuals with special needs
