  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space
  • Follow and enforce all BC Cannabis regulations, including ID verification
  • Handle cash accurately and assist with inventory tasks
  • Communicate with the team using Slack and manage schedules through the Push app
  • Work confidently and safely on solo shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable following structured processes and regulations
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Available for evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime shifts
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset
  • Selling It Right certification required before starting
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer‑facing experience
  • Cash‑handling experience
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
  • Must be bondable
  • Comfortable working alone
  • Cannabis knowledge is not required but is an asset
