We are proud of our 100,000+ member-owners, our 650+ team members throughout our 20+ Gas Bars, Home Centre, 4 Cardlock/Bulk Fuel Stations, 6 Food Stores, 5 Liquor Stores and Administration Office, in addition to future growth.

We invite applications for the developmental position of Full-time Site Supervisor to join our Consumer Fuels team at our South Pointe Gas Bar/C-store in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. The successful candidate must be transferrable, flexible and available for opening/closing shifts with the ability to support the Management team.

What you’ll do:

Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service. Responsible for providing support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar. Responsible for maintaining operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • You have a minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
  • You're familiar with CRS and willing to develop and learn.
  • You’re familiar with customer service and working OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
