The Role: What You’ll Do

As the Juicing Team Lead, you will be a part of our management team in the production kitchen. You will split your time between hands-on juice production and helping lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the juicing staff. Schedule daily tasks, manage shift breaks, and foster a positive, efficient culture.
  • Production Management: Working alongside the team to help them with juice production and supporting them to have the most smooth production days.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all recipes are followed precisely. Monitor taste, consistency, and yield efficiency to minimize food waste.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Keep track of produce inventory, perform daily stock counts, and coordinate with the team to ensure we have enough inventory.
  • Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless workspace and deep-cleaning schedules for all machinery.
  • Logistics & Packaging: Oversee bottling, labeling, date-stamping, and organizing inventory for retail or distribution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in leadership or shift management experience is highly preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a cool/refrigerated environment, and lift up to [50 lbs] regularly (sacks of carrots and apples are heavy!).
  • Certifications: Food safe is a plus!
  • Skills: Strong time-management skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication communication skills.
  • Availability: Monday to Thursday with the possibility of a few hours availability on Fridays.

What We Offer:

  • Wage: $23-$28 an hour, depending on experience and commitment.
