NOW HIRING - Roofing Crew Foreman / Installer $20.00 - $35.00 / hr

• -Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• -Minimum 2 years roofing experience with asphalt shingles
• -Self Motivation and Initiative

• -Planning and Preparation
• -Written Communication Proficiency

Duties:

• -working at heights
• -driving company vehicles
• -daily crew pick up and drop off
• -dump runs and travel to job site with trailer
• -working from a written work order and project task list
• -maintaining preparedness of the tools and equipment in your unit
• -daily fall protection plan
• -daily vehicle inspection
• -responsible handling of company debit card
• -purchasing required tools and equipment for crew members and company unit
• -tracking, recording, submitting crew hours via FieldOps app (automatic or manual entry)
• -submitting all paperwork and receipts daily via ScanSnap app
• -oversight, training, and optimization of crew members
• -adherence to company best practices
