What will your typical day look like?
- Lead, plan, and consult on master data quality initiatives of high complexity.
- Discover, synthesize, and analyze data from a variety of sources for integrity issues within a master data management product family.
- Elicitation of internal business user requirements as well as functional specification using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, tasks, and workflow analysis.
- Identify and highlight problem areas, gaps, or conflicts derived from information gathered.
- Coach and influence junior staff leading an inclusive work environment where teamwork, self-motivation, diversity, and belonging are essential.
- Manage business stakeholder activities in conjunction with releases (e.g. project status updates, knowledge transfer sessions, deployment enablement, training, development, communications).
- Define the data quality needs of stakeholders and users - which frequently involves investigating and clarifying their expressed desires - in order to determine underlying issues and causes.
- Prepare summaries of data findings, causal analysis, recommendations, and collaborate with required team members to fulfill data requirements.
- Contribute to the refinement of requirements using critical evaluation techniques, focus groups, meetings, negotiation, systems knowledge, and experience.
- Participate in the analysis and technical design efforts of complex projects and business processes.
- Provides business expertise across projects to ensure a consistent resolution of common data issues.
- Support development and testing activities by ensuring data requirements are known and fulfilled throughout the entire development cycle.
- Provide recommendations to improve business analyst practices within the area.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- College degree in computer systems or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in data management and governance.
- Advanced expertise in SQL (SSMS and Oracle), data profiling, analysis, governance, and validation.
- Skilled in processing and analyzing data from diverse formats (JSON, XML, TXT) and technologies such as Informatica IDMC solutions, PERL, and Azure Data Factory.
- Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver, capable of addressing complex issues, and improving master data quality across a global ecosystem.
- Strong strategic thinker and collaborative communicator, adept at influencing, articulating technical topics to business representatives, and driving impactful decisions.
Preferred:
- Deep knowledge of Informatica MDM multidomain.
- International certifications in Business Analysis, Program Management experience, and/or expertise in data storytelling with business intelligence tools.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
