Job Overview

Staff Plus is seeking a reliable and organized Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical distribution environment. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure accurate order processing, maintain inventory control, and follow strict safety, quality, and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor productivity, and ensure daily targets are met.
• Ensure pharmaceutical products are handled, stored, and shipped according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and applicable quality standards.
• Train, guide, and support team members while addressing operational issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and operational concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment; pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution experience is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control, order processing, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict handling and quality requirements.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a team in meeting operational targets.
