Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Carbon Fiber Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fabrication of high-performance parts, from mold preparation to final finishing

You Are:

● A team player with excellent people skills and a Get-It-Done attitude

● Positive, respectful, self-motivated, responsible, well organized, and reliable

Key Accountabilities:

● Utilize carbon fiber to manufacture parts by preparing molds, laying up materials, and curing the laid-up carbon fiber parts.

● Operate equipment such as grinders, sanders, drill press, and media blaster in the post-cure area to finish parts to required specifications.

● Handle chemicals safely and effectively for various aspects of the job, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

● Work in a collaborative team environment, contributing towards achieving production targets and goals.

● Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the manufacturing process to produce high-quality carbon fiber parts.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials and chemicals.

● Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to manufacturing processes and safety regulations.

● Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in carbon fiber production techniques.

● Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of the job role.

● Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support team objectives

Considered Asset:

● Experience with carbon fiber

● Experience in a manufacturing environment

● Experience with auto body work
