Join Our Twenty Degrees Air Conditioning and Electrical Team as an HVAC Sales Representative!

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial HVAC business. If you're passionate about building relationships, generating new business, and providing customers with the right heating and cooling solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving sales of HVAC systems, maintenance agreements, and indoor air quality solutions. You'll work closely with our service and installation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and business owners.
  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and sales proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals promptly.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed on HVAC products, energy-efficient technologies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience (HVAC, construction, home improvement, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license
  • HVAC knowledge is an asset, but training is available for the right candidate.
