Full job description

Build together. Have fun!

We move with intention - building bikes for riders who have fun, growing brands that elevate the ride and showing up for each other every step of the way. Whether behind the scenes or on the front lines, we move as one team.

OUR MISSION

Make Lives Better Through Cycling

Team First

We do the right thing, promoting curiosity and championing collective success. We never take the easy route, celebrating diverse ideas, looking-out for those around us, building trust in others, while fearlessly contributing to decisions through contructive co-working.

Embrace Progression

Working with confidence, we aren’t afraid to challenge the status-quo. From how we innovate to how we ride, our desire is the uncompromising commitment to our craft. Everything (and everyone) evolves, and so must we.

High Performance

Cultivating an atmosphere that empowers everyone to perform at their best. Performance is not just about attaining a goal, it’s our pursuit to redefine industry standards and the drive to stand-out from the crowd, challenging our teams to become a constant inspiration for all of our partners. We are the trail blazers of the cycling world.

Global Perks & Benefits

Support may vary by region and role, but one thing stays consistent: we take care of the team that powers everything we do. That means industry-leading staff discounts on bikes and gear, flexible hybrid work, and comprehensive health coverage, retirement benefits and real opportunities to grow within a culture built around riding, so your career and your life move in the same direction.

  • Cross-train with the back-end developer on Progress OpenEdge / ABL (MXP) ERP work to support ERP maintenance and development.
  • Work through the development request backlog, clearing and managing tickets.
  • Help reduce outsourcing dependency over time as internal capacity grows.
  • Contribute to regression testing and QA processes.
  • Work within the architecture, coding, and code-review standards set by the Technical Lead

Required Qualifications

Back-End

  • Proficiency in Python/Django (DRF), FastAPI, and REST API development.
  • Celery for asynchronous task processing (existing LTP stack) and Redis.
  • Authentication and authorization patterns: session-based, API keys, OAuth, and Token-based (JWT)

Front-End

  • Front-end framework: React or Vue, and API integration.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

  • CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
  • Package managers and build tooling (npm, Vite, webpack)
  • Experience writing unit tests (e.g. pytest, Django test framework, Jest/Vitest), and maintaining test coverage for new features.
  • Familiarity with QA practices: writing test cases, regression testing, and reproducing/documenting bugs before release.
  • Comfortable balancing planned development with real-time production support in a small team with shifting, ad hoc demands.
  • Strong communication and a collaborative approach the technology and business teams.

Assets (Nice-to-Have)

  • Progress OpenEdge / ABL (MXP) experience (you will cross-train on this if new to it).
  • Understanding of B2B wholesale and dealer ordering workflows, and ERP-connected commerce platforms.
