As our work continues to expand, we are seeking experienced MAS 9 Developers to join our growing team and contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced MAS 9 Developers to support a major enterprise modernization initiative involving the migration from IBM Maximo 7.6 to IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) within a regulated nuclear energy environment.

In this role, you will contribute to the continuous delivery of platform enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives throughout the migration program and beyond. You will collaborate with architects, functional teams, and DevOps engineers to design and implement scalable solutions within the MAS ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to join a growing delivery team supporting a long-term enterprise asset management transformation.

  • Collaborate with architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-based deployment processes
  • Assist with data migration, environment setup, and system configuration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment
  • Contribute to the continuous delivery of platform enhancements and improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8 or MAS 9)
  • Strong experience with:
  • Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
  • Automation scripting (Jython or Java)
  • REST APIs and enterprise integrations
  • SQL and relational databases (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server)
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working within regulated and security-sensitive environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Maximo 7.6 to MAS migration programs
  • Knowledge of OpenShift or containerized platform deployments
  • Experience supporting utilities, energy, nuclear, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with MAS modules including:
  • MAS Manage

  • MAS Health
  • MAS Predict
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Existing security clearance considered an asset

Eligibility and Security (Mandatory)

  • Please apply only if this timeline aligns with your availability
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field preferred.

Why Join XCIS AI?
