We currently have an opening for a full time ERP Support Analyst, based in Abbotsford Canada.
Reporting to the ERP Manager this position will optimize the use of technology including the ERP system (Ramco Aviation Software) within an AMO organization. Devising, implementing and training new users of software/technology to find efficiencies and promote streamlining of the Aircraft M&E, MRO processes
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting functional and technical issues across Maintenance, Flight Operations, Supply Chain, Airworthiness, Finance, Sales, and other business modules.
- Using SQL queries and ERP reporting tools to investigate data issues, validate transactions, and support operational reporting.
- Provide Aircraft Maintenance ERP application support to business users:
- Paperless Mx, Maintenance work orders, task assignments, labor reporting, parts consumption, and work-order closure.
- Airworthiness processes including configuration / Program / Compliance management, forecasting & Journey Logs.
- Inventory processes including receiving, issuing, transferring, reserving, and tracking aircraft parts and materials.
- Procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, demand management, invoice matching
- Finance processes during month end reconciliation, ad hoc data extracts.
- Data Uploads as per departmental needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and software vendors to resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, system enhancements, fix deployment, configuration changes, and new module implementations.
- Prepare and maintain troubleshooting guides, SOP’s.
- Identify process gaps in cross functional areas and track for closure.
- Other duties as required
Knowledge and Skills
- Good understanding of TCCA Canadian Aviation Regulation framework regarding aircraft maintenance.
- Experience in any Aviation M&E / MRO Software
- Experience on ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
- MS SQL Server and database querying
- Data Analysis & Power BI Reporting
- High proficiency in the use of English language; written, spoken and comprehension;
- Ability to work effectively with multiple computer software programs.
Education and Experience
- Post secondary degree, diploma or certificate;
- Aircraft Maintenance fundamentals experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in any Aviation Maintenance Software
- Hands on experience in Power BI Reporting, MS Excel
- MS SQL Server or RDBMS working knowledge will be an added asset
