Production Mixing Operator

Location: Port Coquitlam, B.C.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.50 depending on experience. Shift differential and Quarterly Bonus Program.

We are currently hiring Production Mixing Operators for our morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Production Mixing Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality products while ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and mixing equipment.
• Set up, change over, and reassemble production equipment.
• Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met.
• Report equipment downtime, production issues, and material waste.
• Follow all production procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety requirements.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have some mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work.
• Are reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Possess basic computer and math skills (an asset).
• Have previous food manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).

Shift Schedule

We are currently hiring for all shifts:

• Morning: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Night: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Weekend overtime opportunities are available.
