Overview

The General Manager - Operations leads day-to-day operations, aligns teams around business priorities, and supports sustainable growth. This role combines leadership, project management, and process improvement with a focus on effective execution and strong collaboration.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise teams, setting clear priorities and supporting consistent operational performance.
  • Plan and manage projects, coordinate resources, and track progress against business objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical changes to strengthen workflows.
  • Support sales and business development by coordinating operational plans and collaborating across teams.
  • Your impact: Clear coordination helps colleagues deliver projects smoothly and respond effectively to business needs.

Experience

Required: Practical leadership, supervising, project management, and process improvement capabilities to guide teams, coordinate work, and improve operations. Clear communication and sound organization support effective collaboration and follow-through.
