Join our Becker Shoes team today!

Our Kingston location is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate. Part Time Staff will work up to 24 hours per week.

As a Sales Associate and Fit Specialist, you will be required to fit customers of all ages for various types of footwear. You will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for each customer, and as such customer service and retail experience are considered an asset.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work in a performance-driven sales culture
  • Have the flexibility for varied shifts/work holidays/weekends between 9:00am and 6:00pm
  • Thrive in an energetic team setting
  • Be able to promote, sell and convey insight on various footwear models, brands and technologies to customers
  • Be able to complete additional daily tasks as required
  • Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders and bending as needed
  • Have customer service and/or retail sales experience
