What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator/Assembler, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Parts cleaning and shop cleaning to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
  • Assembling products in a production environment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Saws
  • Press brakes
  • Plasma tables
  • Forklift / Skidsteer
  • Overhead cranes
  • Lathes
  • Mills
  • Following safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace for yourself and your teammates.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continually improve processes and maintain high quality standards.

About You

You’re a hardworking, dependable individual who takes pride in your work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You embody grit, tackle challenges with enthusiasm, and are eager to grow your skills. You also:

  • Have experience in a similar hands-on role (preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!).
  • Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Are comfortable operating a variety of tools and equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Demonstrate authenticity in your interactions and a commitment to maintaining our company’s strong reputation for quality and reliability.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
