Pizzaville is looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
  • Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Position Description

  • Provide a top-notch guest experience
  • Preparing dough, portioning toppings, and cooking pizzas
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction
  • Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
  • Managing financial controls, operations, customer service and compliance
  • Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies
  • Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
