As the Afternoon Shift Supervisor (3:30 pm to Midnight) at Limpact, you’ll be the hands-on leader who keeps our operations safe, productive, and running smoothly. You’ll lead a team of production employees through the shift—setting clear expectations, solving problems in real time, and helping people do their best work every day.

You’ll be a key connection between the production floor and plant leadership—making decisions that support safety, quality, output, and employee engagement. If you enjoy leading people, solving practical problems, and seeing the results of your team’s work, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily shift startup, assign work and align team members with priorities
  • Monitor output, staffing and workflow to meet production targets and manage operational challenges
  • Coordinate effectively with maintenance, quality planning and plant leadership
  • Identify and address quality concerns promptly, escalating issues when needed
  • Support inventory accuracy and ensure materials are available to keep production flowing
  • Promote organized, efficient work areas and strong shift-to-shift communication
  • Champion a safety-first culture by modelling safe work practices and enforcing safety requirements
  • Coach, support and develop team members through regular feedback and clear expectations
  • Complete annual performance reviews
  • Manage attendance, timekeeping, overtime and day-to-day relations
  • Foster a respectful, accountable team environment where concerns are heard and addressed
  • Facilities key holder

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • A strong safety mindset and knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing production teams
  • Ability to manage daily production priorities, quality standards, staffing and operational issues
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and workforce management systems (i.e time clocks/timecard systems)

Why Work For Us:

  • Starting salary $60,000 - $65,000
  • Health & Dental Benefits
  • Matching RRSP
  • Paid Vacation
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Learning & Development Opportunities
  • Company & Employee events
