Job Title: Sheet Metal Journeyperson / HVAC Crew Lead

Position Type: Full-Time
Project Scope: Residential and Commercial

We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Journeypersons and experienced Crew Leads to join our team. If you are a dependable professional with strong expertise in residential and commercial ductwork fabrication and HVAC installation, we offer a stable environment with excellent opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install high-quality sheet metal duct systems for residential and commercial projects.
  • Install central HVAC units, heat pumps, rooftops, and related system components.
  • Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical specifications.
  • Ensure all installations meet local building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Crew Lead Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site installation crews, assign daily tasks, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless execution.
  • Order materials, track inventory, and maintain quality control throughout the construction phase.
  • Mentor apprentices and enforce safety protocols on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Journeyperson Sheet Metal certification or equivalent documented hours.
  • Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites required for Crew Lead applicants.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
  • Excellent craftsmanship with sharp attention to detail and structural accuracy.
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
  • Relevant safety certifications (such as OSHA or fall protection) are highly valued.
