What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between customers and our service team. Your role is to help customers understand their vehicle’s service and maintenance needs while ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and checking vehicles in for service
  • Listening to customer concerns and documenting repair requests
  • Preparing repair orders, quotes, and maintenance recommendations
  • Communicating with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
  • Explaining service recommendations and costs clearly to customers
  • Providing updates on repair progress and timelines
  • Coordinating with the Parts Department for required components
  • Reviewing completed work with customers during vehicle pickup

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or automotive service
  • Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset but is not required — training is provided
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers and dealership software
  • PBS experience is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Ability to work occasional Saturdays
