  • Exchange feedback and ideas with coworkers to improve how clients are supported
  • Stay informed about available products, industry updates, and company activities

What we look for:

  • Clear communication skills and a thoughtful approach to client service
  • Comfort communicating with people in person and through digital channels
  • Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems
  • A cooperative attitude and the flexibility to work with different personalities
  • An interest in learning new things and keeping up with a busy workday
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account support is helpful, but not essential
  • Dependability and flexibility to work full-time hours

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay with performance-based incentives
  • Paid training covering client service and product information
  • A workplace where teamwork matters and your ideas are welcome
  • Career development opportunities in sales, client relations, and leadership
  • Additional benefits after probation and an annual company-sponsored vacation

Pay: $37,440.00-$45,760.00 per year
