DKD Vehicle Wash Supplies & Services is a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the car wash industry. We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of automated car wash systems and pride ourselves on long-standing customer relationships and quality workmanship.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated car wash equipment at customer sites throughtout Edmonton and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair automated car wash equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service and repairs
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in mechanical, low-voltage electrical, or plumbing necessary
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding workload in a safe manner
  • Clean driving abstract
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
