At Kootenay Columbia Home Medical Equipment, our vision is to elevate the standard of care through custom-tailored, people-first home medical equipment solutions across British Columbia.

KC Home Medical Equipment has been delivering high quality sales and service of home medical equipment in the East and West Kootenays for over 25 years. We sell and service a wide range of medical equipment including power/manual wheelchairs, lift/recline chairs, scooters, hospital beds, commodes, stair lifts, and porch lifts.

KC Home Medical Equipment, our Cranbrook location, is looking for a strong personality to join our team as service coordinator. Are you a motivated, organized individual, who enjoys learning and working in a fast paced environment and would like a career in a growing company? If you enjoy having fun while working hard in a team-based environment, and you are interested in a full time, week day position in the East Kootenay’s we would like to hear from you.

The Service Coordinator works with a team who are responsible for scheduling service technicians, communicating with clients, prescribers, as well as completing administrative duties related to service.

Training will be provided, as required, to the successful candidate.

If you have a strong drive, positive attitude combined with a good sense of humour and willingness to think and learn, please submit a resume.

Position hours: 8:30-5. Monday to Friday with weekends and Holidays off. Position is eligible for extended medical benefits.
