Full job description

Columbus Meat Market is currently hiring motivated and reliable team members to join our growing team. We are looking to fill multiple roles within our kitchen, production, and retail counter areas.

Positions Available:

  • Kitchen Assistant
  • Production Assistant
  • Meat / Butcher Server (Retail Counter)
  • Sausage maker

What you’ll be doing:

Kitchen Assistant / Production Assistant:

  • Supporting daily food preparation and production
  • Portioning, packaging, and labeling products
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Assisting with general kitchen and back-of-house tasks

Meat / Butcher Server:

  • Serving customers at the meat counter
  • Preparing, weighing, and packaging products
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • Keeping display cases clean and well-stocked

Sausage Maker:

  • Preparing and producing fresh sausages according to company recipes and standards
  • Operating and cleaning sausage-making equipment
  • Portioning, packaging, and labeling finished products
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control

  • Team players with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn (experience is an asset, but not required for all roles)
