    • Ensure remedial actions are correct and that testing was carried out properly.
    • Train and mentor new staff.
    • Review internal systems, initiate required updates, and lead testing to meet regulatory and business requirements.
    • This is a full-time position.
    • Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing.
    • Keep laboratory and equipment clean and well-maintained.
    • Experience in sampling and testing concrete and aggregates is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conducting well tests, collecting accurate data, and analyzing results.

2. Operating and maintaining well testing equipment and tools.

3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

4. Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

5. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.

6. Preparing detailed reports and documentation of test results.

Requirements

1. Experience: Previous experience in well testing (5+ years) is mandatory. We value a willingness to learn our systems and having a strong work ethic.

2. Certifications: Mandatory to have H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO and pass a urine-based drug test before applying for this position. Additional in-house training to be provided.

3. Physical Stamina: Well testing can be physically demanding, so candidates must be capable of handling the rigors of the job. Will be working outdoors, year-round in all types of weather conditions on both day and night shifts. Typical shifts are 12hrs on a 21/7 rotation.

4. Team Player: We seek individuals who thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

5. Adaptability: Flexibility is essential in the oil and gas industry, where conditions can change rapidly. Adaptability to different work environments and schedules is crucial.
