RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Gérer les différentes composantes du parc informatique, dont l’infrastructure est principalement locale (serveurs physiques et virtualisés), avec quelques services cloud (ex : Office 365);
- Vérifier régulièrement l’état du réseau de communications et prendre les mesures appropriées pour solutionner tous problèmes;
- Fournir aux employés et aux clients qui accèdent à notre réseau le support nécessaire pour bien naviguer ou effectuer leur travail;
- Implanter les nouveaux modules informatiques afin que l’entreprise soit à la fine pointe de la technologie;
- Planifier et effectuer régulièrement de la formation concernant les nouveaux modules informatiques auprès des nouveaux usagers ainsi que des usagers actuels;
- Gérer les différents outils de communication de l’entreprise (système téléphonique IP, appareils mobiles, boîtes vocales, messagerie automatisée, etc.);
- Exécuter toute autres tâches connexes pouvant être demandées.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Détenir un DEC en informatique ou en informatique de gestion;
- Posséder un minimum de sept (7) ans d’expérience en T.I. dont cinq (5) ans en tant qu’administrateur systèmes;
- Connaissances techniques de Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Windows security, la virtualisation des serveurs, la haute disponibilité et les Technologies VMWare (vSphere / vSan);
- Connaissances et compétences techniques de Microsoft WSUS, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365, intune;
- Connaissances et compétences techniques de Veeam Backup, de la gestion proactive des outils de monitoring;
- Connaissances en administration de réseau tel que: Pile TCP / IP, la segmentation et la sécurité réseau, l'analyse du trafic, la gestion des commutateurs et la gestion du routeur / pare-feu;
- Offrir du support de 2e niveau aux utilisateurs, au besoin;
- Connaître la téléphonique IP, Avaya IP Office;
- Bonne maitrise de la Suite MS Office;
- Approche de résolution de problème et débrouillardise;
- Polyvalence et détenir du leadership afin de prendre des décisions adéquates rapidement;
- Bilinguisme français
- Une connaissance de base de l’anglais est requise afin de pouvoir communiquer verbalement et par écrit avec certains fournisseurs anglophones, ce qui survient à l’occasion, quelques fois par mois.
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et forte aptitude de communication;
- Posséder des habiletés en animation, formation et facilitation d’équipe ;
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide.

WORK SCHEDULE
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 100% on-site position; no remote work option available
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the various components of the IT infrastructure, which is primarily on-premise (physical and virtual servers), with some cloud services (e.g. Office 365)
- Regularly check the status of the communications network and take appropriate measures to resolve any issues
- Provide employees and clients accessing our network with the necessary support to navigate or perform their work effectively
- Implement new IT modules to keep the company at the forefront of technology
- Plan and regularly deliver training on new IT modules to new users as well as current users
- Manage the company’s various communication tools (IP phone system, mobile devices, voicemails, automated messaging, etc.)
- Perform any other related tasks as requested
PROFILE REQUIRED
- DEC in Computer Science or Computer Management
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT, including five (5) years as a System Administrator
- Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Windows security, server virtualization, high availability, and VMware technologies (vSphere / vSAN)
- Technical knowledge and skills with Microsoft WSUS, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365, Intune
- Technical knowledge and skills with Veeam Backup, proactive management of monitoring tools
- Network administration knowledge including TCP/IP stack, network segmentation and security, traffic analysis, switch management, router/firewall management
- Ability to provide second-level user support as needed
- Knowledge of IP telephony, Avaya IP Office
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving approach and resourcefulness
- Versatility and leadership to make appropriate decisions quickly
- Bilingual in French (Basic knowledge of English is required to communicate verbally and in writing with some English-speaking suppliers, which happens occasionally a few times a month)
- Excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities
- Skills in team facilitation, training, and coaching
- Valid driver’s license
