- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and departmental leadership as required
Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, trades, vendors, and internal departments
- Resolve execution issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate schedule impacts, scope changes, and risks proactively

- Monitor project budgets and cost performance against estimates
- Prepare and review information required for accurate and timely invoicing
- Review budget-to-quote alignment and document rationale for variances
- Support financial forecasting and closeout activities
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Promote and enforce all safety procedures and use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Ensure compliance with Ketek policies, Occupational Health & Safety regulations, and client requirements
- Support quality assurance processes
- Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned activities
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives
- Provide feedback to estimators and internal stakeholders to support accurate project planning
- Coordinate with Training and Support Services on evolving client or site requirements
