A reputable Security Services Provider is looking for suitable candidates for Management Positions in Quebec. Join a unique Company who is like none other, we specialize in armoured car services and security guard services. We are looking to expand our operations into Quebec and a suitable individual who would manage operations in the province. Please note that successful candidates will be required to verify certain information as well as undergo a comprehensive background check and provide work references. We are looking for someone who is smart, talented, hardworking, ambitious, capable, motivated, driven, knowledgeable and experienced.

Specific Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

· Managing a growing workforce of armed couriers, drivers and security guards.

· Scheduling shifts, routs and all other undertaken service obligations.

· Dealing with clients, government entities, employees, suppliers and others.

The manager will serve as main point of contact for guards and client(s)

· Must be able to efficiently respond and react to all emergency situations that may occur at the workplace and client facilities within the scope of work assigned (24/7). Daily travel (mostly during business hours, but not only) would be an essential part of duties.

· Must be able to prepare reports and presentations with regards to all aspects of the security work, resources, challenges and personnel.

· Other managerial duties assigned on occasion from time to time by the COO.

· Recognize the importance and uniqueness of each client and special skills and attributes of each Employee will be a crucial element in performing day-to-day duties successfully.

· Always ensure and promote adequate performance levels and impeccable compliance. Reward excellence, discipline deficiencies, assign tasks, manage resources, distribute and allocate responsibilities.

· Identify and prevent problems, solve the problems that couldn’t be prevented or avoided, multi-task in a high paste environment, delegate authorities, coordinate assignments and process feedback.

· Recruit, screen, hire, train and retain qualifies staff-embers.

· Create and maintain a safe, efficient, productive and pleasant work environment.

An Ideal Candidate would have the following advantages:

· Relevant experience in the Security Industry (as Supervisor or Manager)

· Must have full time availability to work all days of the week and be available on the phone after hours (24/7).

· Valid Provincial Security Guard license

· Valid P*ossession & Acquisition License (P.A.L), an ATC would be an asset*.

· Minimum High school education/equivalence

· Driver license (with clean driving abstract)

· By-lingual. Fluent (verbal and written) in English and French.

Compensation & Benefits:

· $60K annually (+ possible commissions). Salary increases and bonuses to be based on performance and achievements.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
