About the role:

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Alarm & Security Technician to support our growing residential and commercial client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting a wide range of security technologies, including access control, CCTV, commercial intercom, and alarm systems. Your work will include wiring, programming, and configuring new devices and system components, as well as quickly diagnosing and resolving issues in the field. You’ll participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours emergency support, and you’ll be expected to maintain clear, detailed service notes while communicating effectively with both customers and the office team. This is a hands-on technical role that requires initiative, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience.
  • Experience with Access Control systems: Honeywell, DSX, Hartmann.
  • Experience with Alarm Systems: DSC, Honeywell, Napco, DMP, Paradox.
  • Experience with CCTV platforms: Speco, Axis, Uniview, Avigilon.
  • Experience with Intercom Systems: Mircom, DoorKing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and wiring skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid G class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
