Grey Bruce Cottages Inc. proudly manages more than 90 professionally maintained vacation rental properties throughout the beautiful Bruce Peninsula.
We’re looking for an energetic, tech-savvy and hospitality-driven Guest Experience & Growth Associate to join our growing team.
This unique role sits within our Growth Team, where you’ll help strengthen the Grey Bruce Cottages brand, improve guest and owner loyalty, support marketing initiatives and embrace new technology.
During our busy summer season, you’ll also work closely alongside our Customer Success Team, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

Your mission is to:
- Build lasting Guest and Owner relationships.
- Strengthen the Grey Bruce Cottages brand.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Help create memorable experiences that generate five-star reviews, repeat Guests and Owner referrals.
What You’ll Do
Working alongside our Customer Success Team, you’ll:
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Support Guests before, during and after their stay.
- Coordinate with Operations and Property Services to resolve guest concerns quickly.
- Help create memorable, five-star guest experiences.
- Provide additional Customer Success support during peak operating periods.
Guest & Owner Loyalty
- Help create experiences that encourage repeat bookings.
- Support guest follow-up and review generation.
- Assist with Owner communications and relationship-building initiatives.
- Help recognize returning Guests and special occasions.
- Support initiatives that strengthen long-term Guest and Owner loyalty.
Claims & Resolution Support
- Assist with Airbnb, VRBO and direct booking damage claims.
- Gather photos and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations and Property Services.
- Track claim progress and communicate updates.
- Help identify opportunities to reduce future claims and improve the guest experience.
Growth & Marketing
- Capture photos and videos of cottages, renovations, local experiences and our team.
- Assist with Facebook, Instagram and other social media content.
- Promote new listings and Owner success stories.
- Celebrate positive guest reviews and memorable experiences.
- Help showcase everything that makes the Bruce Peninsula extraordinary.
Technology & Innovation

You’ll help:
- Learn and implement new software.
