Full job description

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a hands-on production environment?
We are a full-service commercial print and embroidery shop that handles everything in house, and we are looking to add a motivated team member to our growing operation. Whether you are an experienced technician or someone eager to learn the trade, we want to hear from you.

This is a true full-time position. Our shop runs multiple production functions under one roof, meaning there is always something to keep you productive and your hours full. You will never be standing around waiting for work.

What You Will Be Doing

Silk Screen Production:

  • Operating an 8-head silk screen press with 2 flash dryers to produce high-quality printed garments and promotional products
  • Setting up screens, mixing inks, and preparing artwork for production runs
  • Burning and reclaiming screens, including thorough cleaning between jobs
  • Monitoring print quality throughout each run and making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency
  • Breaking down and cleaning equipment at the end of each shift

Embroidery Production:

  • Operating an 8-head Tajima embroidery machine (experience is a strong asset)
  • Loading, hooping, and positioning garments accurately for each run
  • Monitoring stitch quality and addressing thread breaks or tension issues promptly
  • Trimming and performing QR to finished product

DTF (Direct to Film) Production:

  • Transfer application
  • Maintaining DTF equipment and ensuring consistent output quality

General Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple jobs simultaneously in a busy, fast-paced production environment
  • Prioritizing workload effectively to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Maintaining inventory of inks, threads, emulsion, blanks, and supplies
  • Keeping the production area clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Communicating openly with the team on order status, issues, and priorities

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in silk screen printing, embroidery, DTF, or a related production role is an asset but not required (Compensation depending on experience)
  • Comfortable burning, reclaiming, and cleaning screens as part of the daily routine
  • Familiarity with Tajima embroidery equipment is a strong advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a high-volume, multi-function environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality on every order
  • Comfortable on your feet and working with your hands throughout the full shift
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player who takes initiative when there is work to be done
